I received my RE license in 2005, which was denied, then after a proposed hearing, the DRE offered me a restricted license due to a wet reckless in 1999; I am now on my 2nd renewal, but in 2011, I got a DUI and I am concerned that they will revoke my license. I need some suggestions on what I can do to ensure that I can keep my license. I don't have money for an attorney... Do I fill out the dre renewal form accordingly and see how it plays out?
